The Pediatric LiteGait models can be used by pediatric clients, from infants through young adults. The Pediatric LiteGait equipment provides support appropriate for the user’s height and activity to enable best practice for gait, balance, play activities, and activities of daily living and also they are all highly adjustable. They support clients in standing, seated, or quadruped, and can be used over a treadmill, overground, or engage with balance equipment, toys, and other equipment.

The LiteGait 100MX provides the same manual and powered adjustability as the LiteGait 100FX with an additional FreeDome yoke built-in.  The LiteGait 100MX supports user up to 45 kg and up to 145 cm overground and 130 CM over a treadmill.  The yoke adjusts up to 70 cm manually to be positioned appropriate for the user’s height or activity and has 46 cm of powered yoke to adjust body weight supported and lift user onto or off equipment.  There are parallel bar style handlebars that can be adjusted for the user’s needs or removed when needed.  The user can rotate 360° due to the built-in FreeDome Yoke while supported in the LiteGait to practice backward and sideways walking on the treadmill or to face outward for over ground activities
